Staff are rude when they do actually serve you. One serving, others stood in the back talking. Waiting gave me chance to see how dirty the shelves are. Then when I was eventually served my prescription wasn’t ready and needed ordering. I ordered it 6 days ago!

This pharmacy is ridiculous, I waited 45 minutes for my prescription. When it was dispensed the pharmacist didn’t even acknowledge me or check I was the correct person receiving the drugs. One of the assistants is sullen and bad mannered, no respect for the customers certainly gone down hill since changing hands.

Put my prescription in 12 days before it was due went to pick it up and still not ready had to wait another 20 minutes for them to do it must have been approx 6 staff behind counter so definitely not short staffed, shocking service and getting worse

Prescription put in six days ago, been today told it has not been done yet as they are a bit behind,I think a week is more than a bit behind.This chemist has drastically gone down hill since Pickfords have taken over

Nothing is too much for these guys. Always go above and beyond to give me the best service I can ask for. I’m not the easiest of customers as I have many medical issues but they always treat me with the upmost respect. They are a credit to the company they work for !
