I visited in December when my eye became very bloodshot and unsightly for Christmas. I asked the owner for advice on what over the counter products might be useful to clear it up asap because he had always been so knowledgeable and helpful in the past when I needed help. He instantly paused what he was doing at the back of the shop, briefly assessed the situation and gave me a full explanation in the most professional, experienced manner. I could not speak highly enough about the service, manners and professionalism of all the staff. It’s very rare to see such a caring, honest, selfless, duty of care approach these days and I feel very lucky to have it located in our area.

I cannot stress how good this pharmacy is! Every time I come in they are extremely helpful and always go out of their way to make sure I have my medication and deal with out of stock meds really well. The staff are all very friendly and treat me like family, always laughing and joking in a very welcoming environment. The pharmacists are brilliant and always advise and explain things very well. I'm so glad we have a wonderful chemist in our village!

The chemist always has time for you, and will discuss your problem if asked.Very friendly. We have been using this chemist for most of my life, and that's many years.................................................................

Perhaps more of a friendly atmosphere would be helpful. They did not have replacement I was looking for and didn’t go out of their way to suggest alternative or suggest the pharmacist might be able to help me.
