Review titled Awful service

I had a prescription for ADHD medication in with them. They only had 30 of 56 tablets. This was fine. I've rang up weekly to see if they have them in to be told no, they are on order, ring back next week. Today I called to be told - in a very belittling way, that my prescription had expired and I should have co.e to pick them up if I "needed them so badly". I tried to explain that I had been ringing weekly as advised to, for the staff to say I was not listening to her and to stop speaking over her. I explained again I had received part of the order and she said I should have taken the prescription somewhere else if they didn't have them in. Again, I tried to do this but u was told I couldn't do that as they had already given me 30 of the tablets. She again raised her voice and told me she was going to end the call because I wasn't listening to her. I stayed calm the whole time despite her raising her voice at me and talking down to me like I was stupid. I asked how I could maybe avoid this happening again as I only have 2 tablets left and the doctor would not issue me another prescription as it is a Controlled drug and I wasn't allowed to have that many. She again started to raise her voice and me and tell me she's already explained that I should have picked uk the medication and I wouldn't have been in this position, again blaming me. When I have been ringing weekly to see if they was in so I could get them, to be told they was still on order. She then shouted at me and put the phone down. I called back and someone else answered. I explained what just happened and said I just wanted some advise on what to do, explained I already had half the meds from them and she rightly told me that because of this I couldn't get the tablets anywhere else. Which the first rude lady said I could. Second lady was very apologetic for the way I was spoke to the first time. When I was clearly distraught about my tablets.

Review titled Easier than a GP appointment but needs some tweaking
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Easy to get a consultation, but difficult to assess a sore throat via video call. Also, I am in need of antibiotics but I have to wait for it to be delivered before I can start it so that's inconvenient as I am suffering with bacterial tonsillitis. Would have been better if it could have been sent to a local pharmacy for me to collect after the consultation so I could start them sooner.
