Booked to have my flu jab on 17th October 2022 via NHS website . I received a cancellation text and email saying I had cancelled about four hours later. I definitely did not cancel and have rebooked elsewhere.

I had several bad experiences at other pharmacies not getting me repeat prescriptions, I was reccomended to try this pharmacy and its superb! They are so helpful and genuinely care.

Had my 5th Covid Pfizer jab today. Booked it online the day before. Seen very quickly; staff asked all the right questions as I am immuno compromised and need a bit of additional attention. Jab was well administered and I was on my way 10 mins after arriving. Really good service and clean and tidy pharmacist.
