   I needed advice about a nasal drip cough. Northlands Pharmacy was the only Pharmacy in Calne that opens on a Sunday morning. The pharmacist took time to discuss my symptoms, checked what other medication I am taking, and recommended steam treatment and a medicine to take at night. Everything was done in an efficient, timely, and professional manner. The service was outstanding!

   Walked there. Was closed. Apparently opening times have changed but not reflected by information online. Walked down later. Pharmacist not there. Tried to phone later the same day. Phone number given online is invalid. Seriously, get your act together.
