    The service you receive is very poor, how come you can receive a repeat script on a Friday and the staff tell you it will not be ready for pick up until the middle of the following week, this is disgraceful you are told by your g.p to put in for your repeat prescriptions early so you don't run out and it takes 5 days to fill it , the service you receive as gone downhill dramatically.

    Used to be a good pharmacy. Now experiencing items out of stock (other than those where there is a known, national, shortage), indifferent staff and unexplained delays: Frankly, I don't believe it when the doctor approved my prescription 24 hours ago, but they "only just received it" and I can wait another hour if I want to! This is obviously a very busy pharmacy, so there's no excuse for closing between 1pm and 2pm. Likewise, certain people collecting specific prescriptions 'jump the queue' (yes, I know why they are there). I will be changing my nominated pharmacy. The new one may be in a slightly less convenient location, but surely, the service can't be any worse (hopefully).

    The pharmacy are normally very good & efficient, but seems to have had some staff problems over the past few months. Contacting them however, is a complete nightmare. I have been ringing intermittently for the past 3.5 hours, but the phone is always engaged . I would like to know, why certain members of staff, could not wear a headset of some description, that way they go from having one inbound phone line, to perhaps 2 or 3. Surely the staff can work & talk at the same time. Being housebound, I totally rely on the staff of the pharmacy, but it ain't no good to anybody, if you can never contact the place. Not a very happy bunny ....... I think it is a joke, that you cannot use capital letters, does it scare the staff & intimidate them. Pathetic

    I have my medication delivered, and the service used to be marvellous, but in the last few months it's terrible. Previously I was prescribed something and never recieved it, I had to go there as it was urgent, and apparently it was out of stock. I had to buy some from another chemist. I never heard from them again. Then they sent me less tablets than the doctor ordered, causing the doctor to ring me to see if I was taking more then the prescribed dose! They denied both to the doctor. The next delivery was eight days late, no explaination. Now this time, I confirmed with the doctor they had sent through the authorisation on 24th July and I have still not received my tablets. (August 4th). I tried many times unsuccessfully to get through to them - the phone is either engaged or not answered. I finally got through today, to be told my tablets are out of stock. No idea when they would be in, and no apology. Never bothered to let me know! Why don't they order stock in time? I have had to use some old tablets someone gave me. Not ideal, is it. It could be extremely serious if someone urgently needed medication, and this happened to them. Someone needs to investigate what's going on there before something bad happens.

    After using this service happily for many years it has now ceased without any prior warning. Firstly deliveries wasn't left in our 'safe' space, now they don't deliver to Bexhill. We both have mobility issues and finding another chemist with parking, without a long walk inside, as with supermarkets. The only other option is to pay for delivery. Poor customer service.

    I popped in to collect a repeat prescription, the staff were all busy so I waited. I was on the phone, when someone finally appeared I stepped forward only to be told “I will serve you when you finish your call” this was said in a very abrupt manner, I said I didn’t need to end the call to be served, I had already asked the person on the other end to “hold on”. The staff member then served the person behind me. I ended my call to be told by the staff member “it’s very rude to speak on the phone when you are being served. I completely understand this and agree it’s rude to speak in the phone when In the company of others, but I wasn’t speaking to the person, was giving the staff member all my attention, I was only picking up my medication, not having a consultation! As the mother of an autistic teenager, I know that lots of people, such as my daughter would need the support of someone on the phone, if on their own, so they can deal with paying for things and confronting people. The staff member pointed out a notice saying not to use phones, which I didn’t see, but I feel this pharmacy needs to re think this as there maybe people that need to have support, on the phone. Also I feel this member of staff needs some training in customer service, if she had asked me politely I wouldn’t have thought to much about it but she has a bad attitude.

    Phoned so many times to enquire about stock availability but each time the ring tone went dead. All I wanted was one quick call. Was that really asking too much?
