The pharmacy website says they offer a free local delivery service for prescriptions and I had my GP send my prescription to them on this basis. I phoned to arrange delivery and they said their "delivery service was full, no new patients". They didn't care that I was disabled and unable to collect, and didn't seem to care that their website was still advertising this service when they don't offer it. Very unprofessional.
