The pharmacy website says they offer a free local delivery service for prescriptions and I had my GP send my prescription to them on this basis. I phoned to arrange delivery and they said their "delivery service was full, no new patients". They didn't care that I was disabled and unable to collect, and didn't seem to care that their website was still advertising this service when they don't offer it. Very unprofessional.

I have tried to phone this pharmacy on several occasions, the most recent being today, and they never ever answer the phone. It continually rings and then cuts off! What is the point of having a number to ring if you never answer the phone?
