   I went to collect items prescribed but I was told they were unavailable, I only received one out of three. I telephone meeting about my asthma 2 days later with my surgery was a waste of time. My surgery informed me that the prescriptions had been sent to the pharmacy a week before. When I later received all and complained excuses were made about there being 2 prescriptions although on my first visit I had specifically asked about the missing two items and when the pharmacy checked the computer, they did not check properly. All items should have been given to me at once when requested.
