Following a stop smoking program - very good (though tough and difficult for me) yet the lady made it easy for me

Arrived early for my planned Covid appointment to find long queues and a half hour wait over my time, despite pre booking. It must have been apparent from the booked appointment logs that all the slots would be filled but only one clinician (despite four available bays-three empty) to staff an ever-increasing crowd. This was simply lack of management expertise and bad planning. It wasn't like this last time, and though the staff were lovely (if flustered) today, more clinicians should have been there once it became obvious that all the 15mn slots had been filled-days ago. Obviously one expects to wait if a 'walk in' , half an hour for a booked slot and only one clinician on site to cope. Others around me felt the same. Really not good enough and next time I'll probably go elsewhere.
