    Told on phone we could have flue jab, and to come along got there 10 mins later and told we can’t have it as they had put the stuff away, even though we got there well within the time they told us to go

    This pharmacy has not answered a single call I have made to them in over 2 years. I have continued to get my regular prescriptions from them as they are most local to me but will not any more. One of my items (a sharps box) they have been unable to supply for 3 months but they accept the order and only communicate this when I arrive I went in to pick up my diabetic meds a week after ordering online-so you’d expect it to be ready-but oh no I had to wait half an hour for them to give me 4 out of 6 and then say my needles would be in stock in 2 days I turn up tonight and no needles, I asked what am I supposed to do? Should I reuse needles to be told they have supplier issues and it’s “not their problem” which I cannot believe the response-obviously no care or consideration for patients! The company I work for had issues during the pandemic but we addressed these putting our customers to the forefront and learnt from mistakes-This pharmacy simply havsnot learnt, like to blame others however there is one party responsible for their awful communication and lack of customer service and that is them-but I suppose that’s not “their problem”
