   i ordered a repeat prescription on 13th september which was approved by my GP on 14th. Normally you have been very quick and usually notify me that it is ready for collection in a couple of days. I received nothing for a week, so my wife called into the pharmacy on Scarsdale Place, Buxton on Friday 22nd. The package was located, ready fo collection under the front desk. I was not notified by text message as usual. Since you have been handling my prescriptions you have been brilliant and swift; it would be a shame to see a deterioration in your previously exemplary service.
