   I started using this pharmacy after I had issues with the peak one in eckington- there had given me someone’s else meds once and would never have stock in, and I found some staff extremely rude. Anyway I started using the fisher road one instead because initial on my first use there was a wonderfully staff member who helped me so much, she was a pleasure to meet however on subsequent visits I’ve found they lost my medication!!! And then accused me of picking it up! When I hadn’t! All 4 staff members in the store were incredibly rude and abrupt! That was in April and today I’ve been again and the same younger member of staff has no manners or customer service skills when advising me they don’t stock the meds I have so I should go elsewhere! ( I’ve picked them up 4 times now and they’ve always had them and even lost a batch on another visit!) and then another staff member was just so ignorant when asked if they would consider stocking my meds as I pick them up every 28 days and have picked it up their 4 times previously! Not polite not apology just rude ! Not to mention the a fire mention younger staff member stood talking to a customer for 10 minutes about a stag do he attended whilst several of us were waiting! Why do peak pharmacies have to be so bad in Eckington ? Please someone teach most of these staff manners and common decency!
