    Very disappointed to be told that prescription requests need to be placed 7 to 10 days in advance. Such a deterioration in service.

    Ever since this once small independent chain was acquired by Peak Pharmacy, every interaction is a disaster. There are regularly missing items in my prescription requests. They do not check everything is in order before completing the transaction. Their computer records are not up to date - and I can prove that - which is a big concern for the security of my personal and medical information. On a recent visit, there were 13 people ahead of me in the queue and each customer’s request took an abysmally long time to process. Currently, I have been waiting 10 days to be notified that a repeat prescription is available to collect from the point of sending the request to my GP’s surgery. The confidence and experience I have with the surgery leads me to believe they take no more than 48 hours to review and send send prescriptions to Peak Pharmacy. A further eight days? This is not acceptable. I will be instructing my GP practice to remove Peak Pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy. At what point are they so poor at practice that they are a danger to the public?

    The staff are very rude and quite intimidating when serving customers. No tact when dealing with sensitive issues or prescriptions. Supposed to be a place that helps people but they make you feel degraded and humiliated. Please can CQC look into this matter urgently. Very off putting - they would benefit from customer service and unconscious bias training. Many thanks
