   Male dispenser wearing grey hoodie/tracksuit shouting and being generally miserable to patients. Appalling lack of advice and care when there is a problem with a prescription. An attitude of not our problem, sort it yourself. Unprofessional and heading downhill fast. Changed pharmacy after observing really poor customer interactions. Not one ounce of genuine friendliness from staff and feeling of being looked down on exudes from staff. Needs undercover observer to check things here.
