I have noticed that this pharmacy has become very shabby, it needs a good clean, especially the windows which are filthy and have old sticky bits on from past posters. The staff are very helpful and friendly so no complaints with them at all.

Overall this is one of the best chemists that I go too. The staff are friendly, polite and will do what they can to assist. If my prescriptions are sent electronically the same day they will always prepare this for me in a timely manner. I feel this chemist receives a lot of negative comments but personally I have never had a problem with them. The ladies on the frongline are full of character and an asset to your company

Asked for a repeat of my batch prescription on 19th April to collect on the 29th. Went to pick up this morning at 11am (29th) but prescription not made up. Told I could wait but 4 people already waiting and seven others in the queue so said I would return after lunch. Came back at 4 pm to find 10 people waiting outside the shop and no-one allowed in. Gave my name at the door and waited, 30 minutes later someone came out and asked me what I wanted! Repeated the explanation of the morning visit and they went back inside. 15 minutes later someone else came out and explained that they did not have one of the items(of 4) and I said I would take the rest please. 15 minutes later I received the 3 itemss. Person then announced to the remaining people waiting that they were closing due to lack of staff. Also informed several people waiting that they did not have their medication anyway. I saw 5 different people come to the door so how can they be short staffed? Chaos; will not be using this pharmacy again.
