   I went in to get an ointment we have used many times before. They asked many questions, I said I have used before and know the product ( you don’t need a prescription for it ). When I asked can I just buy it, I was told no and walked away empty handed. I didn’t like the way they talked to me, customer service was awful. I quick walk to Boots after, and I got it.
