   Pharmacy called me up 5 months after a prescription accusing me of not paying for my prescription and threatening a fine without any warning. I had to provide a credit card statement. They didn’t provide or offer proof of purchase of prescriptions, nor did they have any proof on file that I had paid for them from the time. Highly unacceptable processes!
