The staff are always so pleasant and helpful and the delivery driver are really lovely any problems with medication or urgent prescriptions are sorted reliably and efficiently

I telephoned about the blood pressure service, the staff member made me an appointment and the lady that carried out the check was lovely. Knowledgeable and professional also reassuring. I went home with a 24 hour monitor and the results were sent promptly to me. Thank you so much. All the staff were friendly helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the pharmacy and the services! Many thanks.

Have used this Pharmacy since it opened here. It is without doubt a wonderful asset to this community and beyond. The entire staff welcome you and offer excellent service-including advice and support. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are polite, friendly and efficient. They offer a comprehensive services to the people of this area and the place would indeed be poorer if they were absent. The extra workload brought about as a result of the pandemic did not phase them as they continued to offer a first class service throughout. Thanks to you all and well done!

My wife and I attended yesterday for our pre booked Autumn Covid Booster injections. We were both dealt very pleasantly, efficiently and professionally by all the staff we met.

I got there on time was in straight away I was there for 10 minutes from start and finish. It was good as well as my partner also got her covid jab at the same time without a booking

Excellent Pharmacy offering many services to the public. - Free Delivery of prescriptions - covid vaccinations - flu vaccinations Free advice from the pharmacist. Better advice than the GP’s Truly a brilliant pharmacy, best I’ve ever been to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have helped me and my family. Asset to Oxenhope

I visited with my son for his Covid Booster vaccination. The appointments were extremely well organised and efficient. Communication was excellent between the professionals at the pharmacy. The lady who administered the injection was extremely professional and friendly, putting us at ease immediately. Very thorough and we had every confidence in her. She explained the process and made all necessary checks prior to administering the vaccine. I would highly recommend this practice for a covid vaccination. Thank you all so much.

Attended for a walk-in booster vaccination, the lady that did the vaccine was really friendly, taking her time to discuss everything with you and really put you at ease. Even though it was really busy she took her time and we did not feel rushed. Completely recommend going here

I went to get my first covid vaccine at this practice and was extremely nervous about it however the lady that did it for me was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t praise her enough she made me feel so at ease and safe with what she was doing. After her doing such a good job I went back to get my second vaccine with her and again was absolutely amazed by her kindness. I didn’t catch her name but would like to say a big Thankyou to this lady. I would definitely recommend this place.
