I have been with the pharmacy since it opened. I have not once in all these years had an issue untill the last year. The final straw was I had a prescription sent from the GP to my pharmacy as urgent for my child who was really poorly. She had been given some antibiotics at 10am from the gp. I waited for this to be delivered as I couldn’t leave her on her own to collect it as 1 she was poorly and 2 she’s autistic. I am on their delivery service so I contacted at lunchtime and they informed me the driver didn’t start until 2pm. So I asked if she could ask him could I be on the early drop off as we have waited all morning. They normally deliver our regular meds early and I’m normally at work, so I didn’t think this would be an issue. When explaining to the women on the phone that I really needed to get the antibiotics in her system as she was intolerant to anything but paracetamol, she did nothing but interrupt me. I had to ask her can she let me finish. She just said she would try and ask and to call back if it’s not here by 5pm. So I gave this the benefit of the doubt. I called the back after 5 to see where this was up too! The woman said give her 5 mins she will call me back and find out where the driver is! I waited again and rang back at 7pm as that last woman never called me back. The lady I got this time was the same one from this morning. Again just rude, just said she’s waiting for the driver and that the delivery would be up to half 7. 8.40pm and still no antibiotics.. I contacted again at 8.40pm and spoke with a young man. I asked him if he could check and explained how bad this was that I’ve had a poorly child who has bacterial tonsillitis, throwing up and in agony all day, with a temperature that’s been up and down throughout the day been made to wait 10 hours for her medication that was sent through as urgent from the gp just after 10am!!! He was really nice about it, and it wasn’t his fault. However She would of been seen quicker in A&E! Prescription finally dropped off at 8.45pm now she’s fast asleep. As mentioned this isn’t the first time this has happed but it will absolutely be the last! I will no longer be using the service.. I don’t know what’s happened to this place or the nice staff that worked there but the service is shocking! These are peoples medications not a pair of Jeans we’re waiting for.

Great Pharmacy as they go out of the way to help and delivered me some antibiotics after 7 o'clock when they only got prescription after 6 Thank you
