I had my flu vaccine done yesterday which was very quick and painless. I also had an issue with my prescriptions which was resolved very smoothly. They were lovely both over the phone and in person

Walk in ‘flu vaccine. Very quick and efficient, with everything clearly explained. I would certainly recommend people to attend this pharmacy both for the vaccine service and generally.

I recently had a flu vaccination at the Pharmacy which was done in a very professional and caring way. I have a monthly medication prescription and this is always on time and if there are any problems they are dealt with in a kindly and helpful manner. We are lucky to have this Pharmacy in Oundle.

Walked in and received a no appointment flue vaccine , no fuss Quick and efficient .I think we are very lucky to be able to collect our prescriptions , post our mail, return products all under one roof.

Oundle Pharmacy is always very helpful and friendly. I had my flu jab there today and it was quickly and efficiently done.

For the third month running I have had my insulin delivered without the needles, which show on the doctors screen as having been prescribed each time. I am very unwell and get told that I will have to wait for the next weeks delivery or go to the pharmacy and collect them. Last month I had to wait three weeks before I received them, only to find that they had labels on them and had been sitting in the pharmacy along with creams and inhalers that I had also waited well over a week for. Whilst some staff try to help out, others are not in the least bit helpful. Just rang to say the doctor had yet again reissued them, but told pharmacist has gone home and won't be back until 9am tomorrow, despite the fact that they are open until 6pm. When I questioned earlier why they couldn't be delivered tomorrow, I was told that they only have someone on a Wednesday and that they deliver them out of the goodness of their heart!! Very poor service. I only stay with them as I have many tablets to take each month and they put them into dosette boxes, although even those have had wrong tablets in, including one that I was allergic to.
