The staff here are great and the Pharmacist is very good and easy to talk to. My only downside to the practice is the long wait for a repeat prescription. I order online through my GPs website three or four days before I go to collect, why can't the repeat be made up when they receive it electronically from my GP? I have eight items so it takes awhile to make up, if it was ready when I go to collect everyone would win, I would be in and out fast so do not add to the sometimes large volume of waiting people so reducing the volume would benefit the practise. Other than that I would recommend to others.

I use the pharmacy frequently to pick up prescription for all my family. You have to be realistic as often you have to wait your turn, which may be 20 minutes or so. However you can always call back later or even another day. Your prescription will be ready for you and given with a smile and a thank you. Occasionally when complications arise the staff are first class and helpful. One of these times was when my son, who needs a specific drug for his well being and the order had not come back from the doctors. They took total responsibility by phoning the doctors and got immediate sanction to supply the prescription. If not I would have needed to drive 5 miles to the doctors to get the prescription signed, and processed. I am not sure what people want or expect in todays world . Osbon Chemist, is a professional well run pharmacy, with helpful, cheerful, caring staff. What more would you want.

Popped in on the off chance for Covid vaccination as a drop in patient and received excellent care by friendly staff. Will be returning for my flu jab. Thank you *****

Booked a Covid jab online for 5.45pm, by 6pm hadn't been seen. Explained I had an appointment at my child's school at 6.15, and asked to reschedule, the staff member looked at me as if I had grown a 2nd head and said it would only be a minute. I explained that the person who was before me had already been in for 4-5 mins and still wasn't out, at which point he just stared at me and offered no other option, so I just had to leave without the jab. What's the point in booking time slots if the staff have no intention of even attempting to see people on time. (OK I should have left more time, but if they had administerd the jab on time I would have made the appointment with time to spare, as it was I just made it.)
