I've just opened up my medications bag which I pick up every Thursday ot Friday. I have my doset box & pain medications in one bag & then I have another bag which contains my CDs. When I've opened my CDs bag today (Saturday) I am missing 2 boxes of pain medication. I now have to go 2 days without 2 of my much needed pain medications because they're closed for bank holiday. When I do go there on Tuesday, I know that i will be told that all my medications was in the bag & that they owe me nothing else. But, I know that investigations am missing 2 boxes & if they are not given to me on Tuesday, I will have to wait until Thursday to get my next lot of pain medication. So, in effect I end up going an entire week with no morphine based tablets & they are medications that I need in order to be able to move. So, it will no doubt be my word against that of Ormays pharmacy staff, who will claim that my meds were placed in the bag & then sealed. I guess from now on, I shall be going through my medications bags whilst in the shop . It's just not acceptable.

I tried over 20 times to call them from 11:58 am to 12:06 saying my call was cancelled it says user is busy, they have issues with my Dossit Box Medication and they don’t send me my take when required medication either. The only good thing I can say is that they try there best to speak with your GP to resolve any problems with your prescription when they are due.
