Amazing to be able to speak to the Pharmacist about a minor medical issue, as I have been trying to get an appointment with my GP for over a week, and nothing. This place is always really busy, I don't know how they cope, its amazing that they can deliver such a high quality of caring service, whilst my GP fails to do so.

The staff at this pharmacy are lovely,they always have a smile for you and never leave you stood around waiting to be served.There was a problem with getting some of my prescription but this was sorted very quickly and I was contacted as soon as the tablets arrived.I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Visited out of hours, on a Saturday night with my little girl who had an ear infection. Quick, efficient and kind. Car parking on site. Clean facilities and helpful staff. Could not ask for a better service out of hours. Without a doubt will be visiting again.

Staff are great. I have managed to pop in on a Saturday to see the pharmacist for my contraceptive pill check. Only had to wait a few minutes. Really easy service which suits me as I work full time.

I’d put off going to my GP for a suspected UTI as it’s always such a faff. When I realised I’d have no option, I tried to get an appointment and they couldn’t give me one due to being fully booked. They recommended I visit a pharmacy for antibiotics and Orchard pharmacy was recommended. I’d never been before but on arrival the team were welcoming and I was swiftly taken into the consultation room. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and he prescribed me antibiotics there and then…the medication was ready minutes later. It’s really handy to know this service exists and that the service is available to children too. Highly recommend the pharmacy and the service offered to avoid having to visit the doctors is amazing!

Attended this pharmacy on Sunday morning with extreme pain in sinuses. Greeted by friendly staff and within 5 minutes was discussing my problem with the pharmacist. He was so courteous, listened to my problem with interest and prescribed treatment.l was made to feel so welcome and that my concerns were valid. I felt he was very knowledgable and genuinely wanted to help me get better. I would go to this pharmacy as a first port of call with any health issues. So impressed with the whole team. Thank you.

Could not recommend this pharmacy enough! My child had been complaining of a headache that had been waking him up through the night, could not get into the GP as fully booked, 111 stated that they were unable to give us an appointment unless I rang back at half 6 when the surgery closed so they could get me an out of hours appointment, leaving my child who is 3 to suffer from a headache and ear ache for around 24 hours. Went to this pharmacy and they were fantastic, diagnosed and on the treatment strait away with no issues. No one recommended to go to a pharmacy (GP or 111), but next time I will definitely be going there as a first point of call.

I can't give this pharmacy enough praise. Only one I will ever come to. Brilliant team. Always kind. Always have medication available. It's Fantastic to be able to come in and see a pharmacist to help with minor issues. I have been for myself and for my child. I appreciate all their hard work. I attended today after calling 111, I purposely chose to come here over other closer pharmacies. I have symptoms that pharmacist can help with. I was seen straight away and left with the antibiotics I needed. Thank you

I use Orchard Pharmacy on a regular basis and had my Covid jab there earlier today. As usual, they were very busy but we're very organised and proficient in keeping the queue to a minimum. I really feel for them because the Pharmacy could do with being twice the size that it is, but they utilise every inch of space to the best of their ability. Thank you to the pharmacist and the team for everything that you do for your patients.
