I contacted 111 for a medical issue and they sent my prescription to this pharmacy because on their website the working hours showed closing time 23 pm but surprisingly when we arrived there the working hours shown on the door was until 9 Pm. Such a waste of time and lots of pain endured till they open the pharmacy the following day. Went there, a smiling gentleman greeted me, happy to help but when I mentioned why their working hours are not updated online the lady working at the computer has given me … looks. I mean, how dare u complaining looks. I told her I came to pick up my prescription but she looked at my text message saying that’s not a prescription is a referral… What? I know what the doctor has said. It’s unnecessary to show attitude to a person that is in pain and needs medicines. My point is … update your working hours, don't show attitude and don’t waste people’s time because they need medicines for a reason … if you are closed they can get their medicines from an open pharmacy.

Today I tried to call them to book an appointment as my GP suggested. But it says closed on the Ivr. Although on nhs website it says on Saturday timings are 6am to 9 pm.

Good practice . effective help, direct and effective contact. are helping people . effective help, direct and effective contact. are helping people. I am happy to use the services offered by the pharmacy. I have no complaints
