Do not use this place The staff are rude and do not understand manners, politeness, the english language or even how to speak it. I have waited at the counter for 5 minutes sometimes without being acknowledged. You have to write down the name when collecting a prescription due to the language barrier, then they tell they don't have it in stock but might be able to get it next week. This is extremely annoying when you have previously telephoned to check it is ready and walked for 30 minutes to get there! Another time I was told by the female staff that they couldn't advise on illness or pain relief for sciatica and to contact my GP. How can this be a pharmacy if they can't advise on illness? Also, the prices have increased so much, some products are three times more expensive than other pharmacies! There used to an older english lady with glasses and an older asian man pharmacists who were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Since the younger asian man and the two female asian staff have taken over it is appallingly. Do not be use

Avoid this pharmacy if you can at all help it. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I’ve been into this pharmacy twice for two different things and been spoken to rudely because they don’t have it. Awful service! They really don’t care about helping people to get better.

Review titled Quick and efficient flu vaccine service

I was able to call and get my flu vaccine the same day. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very convenient for where I live.
