    Used to be very good but now opening times are all over the place. They don't answer enquiries and you never know when they will be open

    I was spoken to in a very rude manner over the phone and they were rather short with me when I was polite and was explaining what medication was needed and how much. I've never had problems on previous visits, so I'm very disappointed.

    I have used this pharmacy for the last 4 years calling in 2 to 3 times a month for my regular prescriptions. Great service polite helpful staff i cannot find any fault.Good customer service. They even text you when your prescription is ready to collect nothing is too much trouble for these guys.Cannot praise this pharmacy enough 100%satisfaction guaranteed.

    I was prescribed medication and advised to isolate until 24 hours after treatment began. We were advised the pharmacy was open until 10pm. My husband went to collect at 7.45pm and the shutters were down and no answer on the phone. According to the website it was due to open 7.30am next day - called from 7.30am, husband went to collect. Again shutters were down. Appalling. It took 2 days to get the prescription after finally having to use the 111 service in desperation, then to have to wait another day to access the prescribed medication. No wonder A&E is struggling so much!

    This pharmacy used to be best in Oldham, it now regularly fails to deliver even most basic components of its care plans. Failing to notify patients if they not going to fulfill prescriptions exactly as the respective GP has requested. The staff are now often rude with little disregard to the patient and often with little cause(this is not true of all the staff) The pharmacist themselves are often personally rude and unhelpful often telling outright lies about which medication is and isn't available. The pharmacist also refuses to check with other pharmacies which medication is or isn't available. The staff also claim wrongly that it is a disabled people who should arrange medications from other pharmacies. This is the job of the pharmacist. Totally unacceptable behaviours from a number of levels which the NHS should be looking into
