After waiting for an hour in a queue to get my prescription yesterday I had to leave because of an appointment. I returned today to be told my prescription would not be ready until tomorrow after 3 pm. Why does it take 8 working days to receive medication. This pharmacy is under new staff??? Not sure why but the floor (littered with dirty tissues and other detritus)and surfaces of this pharmacy are a disgrace.

Gave 2 prescriptions to counter staff. Asked to check with pharmacist if medication was in stock. Told only part, full order available next day. Called next day, told there was nothing, not even the part medication, but the full prescription available later that afternoon. Revisited pharmacy in afternoon. Was given the original part prescription from the day previous saying it had just arrived and didn't know as to when the reminder of med would arrive. Asked to speak to the pharmacist, would not come to speak to me to expand as when the remainder of meds would be available. Over many months this has not been a one off but has happened on several occasions i. e. Items not in stock or very few. Order delivered late or not at all, prescriptions lost. Excuses made that the supplier was at fault. On several occasions told by pharmacy staff to use previous prescriptions in other pharmacy's nearby. Have used this pharmacy since it was built attached to Hillcrest Surgery. Was always efficient, friendly and above all reliable a far cry of what it is now. Medication when required urgently is of utmost importance which doesn't seem to be the ethos by whoever is responsible for managing this company. Being 76 years old, none driver I have to walk or rely on neighbours to visit doctors and pharmacy next door, only to be told no knowledge when medication will arrive or try elsewhere is not good enough.

I was prescribed 21 tablets of antibiotics and was given a box of 15, leaving me two days short of the full course.

When this was a Roland's pharmacy you would que for about 5 minutes maximum and they would get or would already have your prescription ready. Numark took over about 6 months ago and got rid of the staff that was there. I have gave them 6 months to improve but no joy, yesterday I queued for 40 minutes to be told comeback today in the afternoon this is not a one off they never and I mean never have your prescription teady and if they manage to have some of it they get you to come back following week for the rest. This is over 6 months and no better patients in front of me are getting the same treatment. It's no good phoning as they do not answer one time I kept ringing for one hour and they did not answer I walked into the chemist while still on the phone and the staff are standing talking to each other. Many times i have been there and very tare you are not queing outside they are that disorganised.I am really sad that this chemist has gone so far down hill from being one of the best in Rugby. Management of Numark really need to step in now. I have been forced after 10 years to go to a different pharmacy due to bad very bad staff. This pharmacy is in Bennfiel Road Rugby.
