This is the best and most reliable pharmacy in the area. The staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They’re good at helping. It really helps that most of them are regulars who know their way around the shop and the systems, rather than relief staff who have to look where everything is. Sometimes pharmacists can’t give customers what they want straight away, because of regulations or because they’re just serving other customers. They’re even pretty good at managing this. There was a fire last year and the front of the shop was quite badly damaged, including the entrance and the customer area at the front. I think they were closed for about a day, and then they re-opened and continued a full pharmacy service around the builders and shopfitters who spent a good couple of months putting everything back together. And the pharmacy didn’t miss a beat. My family includes a variety of individuals with quite complex needs and all of these were met, professionally and happily, throughout this period, as ever. On their worst day they were hands down better than any of at least four other pharmacies I’ve used in the area over the years.
