    Had good service for many years. Now the staff have changed, and the new generation does not know the words - "please", "sorry", or "unfortunately, I'm sorry". Every month I threw the recipe into the repeat prescription box and the last one was already 1.5 weeks ago (standard 1 week!), but when I came to pick up the medication, I received such an answer: "We haven't received your prescription so contact your GP as it's not our problem!". Previously, there were such situations a couple of times, but the problem was solved with the help of a pharmacist who tried to find the loss of this prescription. But it seems that those times of politeness and kindness have already passed...
