    I requested an emergency prescription as I stupidly ran out of medication which I forgot to request due to recently having a baby. I had a phone call asking which medication is required and was told I could not have this due to the length of time it has been since I ordered it last. I explained that I was given excess stock from my last medication review and that's why I've not needed to order it recently. I was made to feel stupid and belittled as though I didn't know what I was talking about and that I hadn't been taken my medication. I not gave to go through 111 and travel to get my prescription whilst looking after a young baby. As an NHS member of staff, I understand there are procedures in place but I am not happy with how I was treated and spoken to. Please be more considerate and self aware in future.

    Myself and my husband had covid and flu vaccination done.Lovely friendly staff,well organised well done!.

    Within 20 minutes I had a consultation with the pharmacist who had diagnosed the issue, answered all questions and prescribed medication. Very polite and helpful counter staff. Pharmacist was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. So glad I didn't bother a health practice but went directly to the Pharmacy.
