Used to be a very good Pharmacy however unfortunately not half as good as they used to be. They never answer the phone; they never have prescriptions ready meaning you often have to wait a good 20 mins while they check before getting it ready; often have to wait to be served, often short-staffed; never have prescriptions ready to be delivered with patients trays so you have to arrange for someone to collect, often resulting in a gap because you've run out. Don't seem to be patient focused anymore. It's a shame as they were really good and very patient focused.

Left a life threatening item off prescription despite it being in stock. When I opened bag and spotted they wouldn’t answer phone so if had to return to Store. On arrival staff standing around but not answering phone???? Then they took item off shelf and put it bag with no explanation for error. Poor attention to detail and no awareness of the impact this poor customer service has on peoples lives!!!!
