Review titled Poor service. Didn't bother to look prescription

I waited for a prescription to procesed. I was told two item on the prescription and I said four. Then went checking on the pcand the third was found. I didn't get the fourth one. I confirmed the fourth one has been sent online they said didn't have. I had to go and the doctors to sent it again. Staff too busy talking about there sociallife. Don't care enough. I here staff say about customer " shut your mouth". I will not be using there service again.

phone constantly engaged or not answered if ringing, 17:35 got ringing tone no answer, open until 18:30 or not ? hopeless practice

The internet needs updating on the lunch break as people walk and find it’s closed until 2 pm not 1.30 ! When you phone the land line they never answer , they are too busy talking about there personal life . Never no mediation there when they say it will be in the next day Absolute joke it is
