   Same problem every month, sit on the phone trying to order a repeat only to have the phone put down as soon as you actually make it to the front of the queue. Today I have been connected and 'number 1 in the queue' on three occasions, only to be cut off after 5 minutes of waiting. Report a phone issue to staff and they treat it as an inconvenience and make out it hasn't happened to anyone else. Load of rubbish.
