    Some (not all) staff are quite rude, particularly if you haven’t received a text message to say your prescription is ready. In almost all cases, I do wait for a text, which can sometimes be a matter of days however when needing antibiotics urgently for a baby, I don’t appreciate the rude manner. Not all patients are able to wait days for a prescription no was I willing to allow my babies condition to worsen given that antibiotics were prescribed by the GP for immediate use.

    I think Morrisons go above and beyond expectations, part of my prescription arrived today the delivery guy explained that the were waiting for some stock to arrive,as soon as they had the stock the rest of the prescription would be delivered. No one should expect more than that

    When I got home and opened my monthly repeat prescription pack there was an item missing, some blood thinning medication, which is vital as I am recovering from a heart attack. When I raised this with them I was completely rebuffed over the phone and told that this simply could not happen, that they do not ever make mistakes and that it was all my fault and that I must have lost it and that I should get my GP to prescribe some more. My GP surgery point blank refused to do this as apparently, despite what the horrible aggressive person who answered the phone told me, it happens all the time with them , they are very confrontational and only back down on a dispensing mistake when they are forced to. My GP surgery told me that their bitter recent experience is that the only way I would get my medication without the GP double prescribing was for me to to go back and confront them physically and to insist that they ring the GP practice while I was there at their counter and that they would then remonstrate with them on my behalf while I was there, as that is the only way that they can ever be made to address a missing item error. I am 69, live on my own in poor health and so I did not feel able to do this, as I must avoid stress at all costs. so I will now have to do without my medication for a month and hope that I don't have a stroke! I have now changed to another pharmacy and would advise any patient in Cleveleys to avoid this pharmacy like the plague. It is a toxic, badly managed business which fails to look after its clients and has an ethos of just never admitting fault or error. There is clearly a massive problem with the way prescriptions are checked and managed and in this case I have lost out because they have made a mistake and there is no mechanism for dealing with it. Do not use this pharmacy. Go somewhere else!

    I collected my repeat prescription and when I got it home some items were missing I have checked with the GP and they have claimed for the missing items I have been trying his morning to phone them and they are not answering the phone As i am registered severely sighted I cannot Just pop in to sort this out Please can Someone answer the phone

    Won’t release my prescription to the spine so I can collect it elsewhere as they don’t have it in stock. Call s multiple times they never answer the phone and then keep the phone off the line so it’s “user busy” won’t even let you call. Useless

    For many years I have been very pleased with Morrisons pharmacy but today was not good. Usually I check my prescription before leaving but today I just trusted it would be alright. Unfortunately when I got home I found it was wrong. I rang my surgery who said they had sent through the correct details. My address and the strength of the pills was wrong - it would have been correct 9 months ago. So I advise people to check before leaving the shop. I went back, but now have to go back again as prescription not ready. I see there is a notice now in the shop asking people to give a weeks notice when reordering. Again I advise people to be aware of this as I have not seen it before.
