No one answers the phone. Long queues No meds sorted days after prescription sent in. Long wait for meds to be ordered in. Lack of staff

Long queues, no one serving, no one answering the telephone, medication not being ordered upon receipt of prescription, customers not being informed that they cannot order the medicine required until they have run short. It is chaos, yet they use to be so good. Today, 26th April 11 people queuing and no one serving.

The Manager & his staff were extremely helpful in assisting with my registration from one pharmacy to Morrisons pharmacy, & in obtaining meds which my previous pharmacy had been unable to source for 3 weeks! All was explained in detail and confirmation email was sent following. I was most impressed & would highly recommend their efficient and proficient service.
