I, along with my family, have always used Morrisons as our pharmacy for nearly 25yrs and mostly been very happy. Over the last couple of years the service has sank to a new low. I collected my father’s medication, got home to find he had been given someone else’s medication. I rang to inform them what had happened and I was called a liar “as that would never happen”. They only believed me when I drove back to the pharmacy with the medication given to me in error. No apology given. I’ve gone to collect my medication to be told it’s already been collected, which is untrue. I’ve gone the next day, spoke to another member of staff and there it was! You have to give 72hrs before collecting your prescription, then when you do turn up it’s still not done and they expect you to wait minimum 20mins while they do your prescription. A truly awful pharmacy now.

I needed my prescription urgently and I was unable to leave the house. My friend got to the pharmacy at 18;50 and they refused to dispense it despite still being open! I am now left to struggle through the night due to the staff wanting to close early!! 6.1.23

I use this pharmacy often. They are great. The staff are friendly and despite being very busy they always get it right (unlike other pharmacies I have tried). They are open long hours and it is so handy to do shopping and popping in to get medicines. Thank you for all your hard work.
