Have been to the pharmacy twice recently and never have anything I actually need despite being quite basic things. Asked for one product as per advice on the government website and told they could not help. Two wasted journeys in all honesty.

Been using this pharmacy regularly inside Morrison in Anchorage park for about 2 years. The staff are always very helpful and always greet you with a happy smile.

This experience mirrors nearly every experience I have in this pharmacy. Theyve only ever texted me once to inform me my prescription is ready. They dont have your prescription bagged and waiting, as with this occasion I always have to wait atleast 15 minutes, sometimes half an hour. They say they'll call your name out when its ready but often dont. Im disabled and cannot sit or stand for long. Very frustrating.

The pharmacy team were friendly and helpful. We needed to arrange flu jabs for a group of people and they made the process easy, going out of their way to make everything as smooth as possible. We also appreciated the fact it was easy to talk to the pharmacy directly on the phone. We'll be back next year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pharmacy.
