   I've just been for blood tests and found that the phlebotamist and staff very uncaring. I was told that they didn't have time for me to explain or discuss about my specialised blood test, as she only has 5 minutes per person. I was also scalded for taking 2 blood tests to the appointment. I've been having the same 2 blood test for over 6 months, at Monarch pharmacy Radford, and have never had any problem with the Phlebotamist or staff. I definitely will not be returning to Monarch Canley again.
