Went in for a blood test, did a fantastic job. Good sense of humour, pleasant mannered, efficient, explained everything clearly.

My niece broke her nose on Thursday and was advised to come to midway Middleton pharmacy to get paracetamol and ibuprofen I rang the pharmacy before I came as I work and was coming on break she advised me that would be fine. I got to the pharmacy and the manager /pharmacist came to serve I explained I had phoned she said there was no stock in I explained I had been sent up here and rang she got quite irritated and said well buy it then she said I was being rude when I expressed my dissapointment that a pharmacy that offers a service such as minor ailment shouldn't be running out of these children's medicines anyway, she then tried blaming the bank holiday I am a tax payer that works 50hours a week in the healthcare sector. I said I would be contacting the doctors surgery as I personally drive but if I was a walker it would be a different story. I went to thorpe Lane pharmacy and it was a different story the assistant was lovely and service amazing in and out. I was as upset of her lack of customer relations when in front of my five year old niece not a good experience and a bad example of empathy shown not good enough I don't believe from someone who has an important professional possision like herself I was in no way rude to her she never even offored me an alternative pharmacy very very dissapointed.
