   This chemist has to be the most rude and unprofessional I have been to and there a number of times I have left frustrated but today has tipped me over the edge and I felt the need to leave a review. I went with my parter and the staff member came to the counter with a mouth full of food so never spoke just gave a head gesture for him to speak. He advised he had a prescription to collect and she walked to behind the counter and didn’t communicate further with him, they then got a fiver out the till and asked anyone if they wanted anything getting and I assume popped to get some lunch! Never mentioned that anyone was dealing with his prescription just very rude and ignorant. They then left the chemist and then fortunately someone did come out with his prescription. This isn’t just bad customer service this is downright ignorant and rude! 1) You do not eat when serving a customer 2) at least speak rather that gesture 3) advise customer that someone is dealing with your request especially if you are about to leave the building! It’s not hard! Honestly so unprofessional!
