Like I say above Such a truly terrible pharmacy constant queues and they never answer the phone I hate the fact that this pharmacy is the official out of hours pharmacy for Dorking, as whenever you go in there, they’re constantly long queues Day and Nite rarely has the queue ever been less than 10 people. It’s just ridiculous, how do they get away with this? Then there’s the phone call, I cannot recall the last time they manage to answer the phone. I have no idea who they are accountable to, but This can’t go on. Thank God these people are not my regular pharmacist, but Out Of Hours and weekends, I dread having to deal with these people.

Repeat prescriptions each month never ready within week . Waiting for text that doesn't come. Unable to get through on phone. Go in to collect and still not ready after a week and still items missing. Unable to get another prescription for missing items from doctors straight away to find elsewhere , second week after ordering to get prescription complete.

Not open at 8am as advertised. This happens many times. Terrible service. Now 10 past 8 still not open Useless and not the first time

It is now 8:50am and I have been waiting since 8:00am, which is supposed to be their opening time, in freezing cold minus 4 degrees weather. This is not the first time. Why don’t you amend to accurate opening times so sick people are not left waiting until you decide to turn up?

I’m waiting desperately for the pharmacy to open. It is 8.10am and it’s meant to open at 8am. Been waiting in the cold for ten minutes and still no one is here. Not a great service.

Sadly, I did not take the name of the female pharmacist with whom I had a phone conversation 2 days ago and met when I collected my prescription yesterday 12/07/22 She was absolutely fantastic and very understanding of the fact that my repeat prescription had not been available and went out of her way to track a company that could supply it. This has not always been the case and occasionally I have felt that it was up to me to sort things out. She texted me the next day to say it was available to collect which is when I thanked her in person. These small things mean a great deal and show that the person is very caring. I do hope she can be tracked down and thanked by your company.
