I have been able to collect my repeat prescriptions sent over to MedChem at any time of the day for years. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot appreciate enough their long opening hours (till midnight), especially on a Sunday night for a prescription from a doctor through 111. Thank you all for your outstanding and excellent service.

I have family that live in the area, I live outside London, but for over 11 years I have used this pharmacy fairly regularly. Sometimes, as regularly as every week/month to get both prescription & non- prescription drugs & to get especially helpful medical advice,that literally saved my mother's life and late at night too. In all these years I have never had any reason to question the quality or standards that they offer to the local community or to myself & my family, & that is saying something we should notice in todays local & national situation. Naturally, being London-a large city with many challenges and all of life's inequalities at your fingertips- I've seen many people in there before me at the pharmacy desk, who have been various combinations of: polite, or displaying challenging behaviour or stressed, downright rude, aggressive, argumentative,worried or even very ill indeed; & Not Once have I observed individuals being treated with flippancy or disrespect (which was I think mentioned or hinted at in a previous review; which strikes me as odd and unrepresentative of this pharmacy's standards and or its staff). So, I would bare that in mind. Positively; it is open extra late, has a large variety of products and has great disability access and good seating and happily takes cash or card, which has not been the case elsewhere. To be honest many non- prescription prices vary depending on the product and whilst the previous items can be expensive I can say having been to 7 other immediately local pharmacies, they are all price wise-Very Similar indeed. Having got advice and medication from them for myself late at night only 3 days ago, I just can't fault them based on my experiences...if you compared them to the pharmacies I use in Oxfordshire where I live- you would surely see them as 'Saints' given their courtesy and speed of service...& that by the way includes the price! My local ones are unwelcoming and overworked. For myself & on behalf of my family I highly recommend them & I say thank you so much-for their service, hours and their expertise & polite helpful staff.
