Went here to collect an emergency prescription. Handed it in and waited 20 mins I was watching the three pharmacist. One was on the phone .. one went outside with a friend looking at his car .. one just wandering aimlessly about the counter .. I told him three times I was waiting for my prescription that I had handed in.. when what I assume was the main pharmacist returned from looking at his friends car.. I reminded him that I was still waiting to collect the prescription.. all three looked lost! Never had a clue what had happened to my prescription.. I told them to find it and give it back to me as I had no confidence in their abilities to dispense my medication.. as all appeared quite gormless .. total waste of funding and my time as no professionalism whatsoever hardly inspired any confidence.. my thoughts on this place absolutely disgusted they should be ashamed of themselves

Took a prescription in to the Pharmacy, they didn’t have it in tick and said they ordered it and it should be in on Saturday, went to collect it and it hadn’t been ordered. So they ordered it again and said it would be in on Monday. They have had to order it again. Not happy with this as it is antibiotics so my daughter has to wait again.

I have been trying to contact the pharmacy a few times today and no one is answering the phones it on line it shows the chemist is open until 10.30pm. Never had this problem before at a weekend. I just want to know if they have anything in stock before I go down to the chemist

Arrived before closing to find staff getting in their cars with the place all shut up. Tried to speak to one of them who ignored me and continued in to their car speeding off.
