Booked my parents for their covid jab , not realising the distance to walk to pharmacy, staff were more than eager to help and actually came to car to do jabs.

My son was recently seen by the pharmacy for a burst eardrum with infection, they were so good with him and prescribed antibiotics, i would highly recommend this pharmacy, great service!

Switched to this pharmacy after llyods at Sainsburys closed. The service is great with always a positive outcome - whatever query you have, the answer will be yes - and comes with a smile.

After trying to get a prescription filled at a number of chemists in the area, all who just said that the item was out of stock, we tried the Martlesham pharmacy as we were passing. Although they also said that the item was not available, the pharmacist kindly checked and then offered 2 similar products which were available off-the-shelf, which would work when used together. He could not have been more helpful and gave the type of personal service that used to be the norm. We have both changed our 'nominated chemist' to Martlesham Pharmacy based on this level of service.

I have a medicine that other pharmacies seemed to be unable to obtain reliably, or in a timely manner. Martlesham Pharmacy has never failed. This time I requested the medicine just before a weekend. Knowing that I was likely to run out, I asked for an emergency supply, but was told "Your medicine is already here!". Total time from request to having it in my hand, just over 24 hours. I call that outstanding. Thank you.
