Constantly late putting my repeat in, have to chase it regularly. Seem unable to offer a consistent service and sometimes rude.

It is regretable that your prescription has not been ready as you have expected and I apologise for any rudeness you may have experienced. I would be able to look into your particular case if you would like me to: my name is Yaw and I am the Superintendent Pharmacist. Our telephone number 15 0158 840 602. There may be several reasons why your GP may not have issued your prescription at the time of request. The NHS app may allow you to order your prescriptions directly from the surgery.
