The staff in this chemist are clearly too busy to cope. They are so very rude and unhelpful. The lady dealing with prescriptions especially. I overheard her being rude and abrupt on the phone before being rude to me. They yelled at me asking what my prescription was for in front of people. Never again will I use this pharmacy. Disgusted.

Something has happened here. My wife and l need regular medication. We have been with this pharmacy for years and it has been excellent, with regards supply, personnel basically everything. I would rate 5. Now in the last 3 - 4 months the pharmacy service has been appalling. Pharmacy staff miserable and very slow, medicine availability has fell through the floor. The shop assistants who try to do everything and run the post office are still great. I'll be switching pharmacy as fast as I can.

I recently gave a poor review of this pharmacy. I am pleased to say things are back to the excellent standards and service previously received. It's nice to see the Pharmacy staff pleasant again. I would now rate this 5 stars

I am a community nurse and have had many experiences with many pharmacies, overall these experiences have not been positive. However Manor pharmacy have been excellent both in their manner and the service they provide. Highly recommended.

When my usual nominated pharmacy were unable to fulfil my prescription, I ended up having to ring alternative pharmacies a little further afield. The service I received from Manor Pharmacy, (both during my phone call and later during my visit) was fabulous. They were polite, friendly, helpful and efficient and the shop itself was well laid out and clean. I only wish it was a little easier for me to travel to them so that I could use them all the time!

As a walk in. I was asked. My name. Date of birth post code. By a very polite and pleasant young man. The place was clean. The lovely lady called me over. Needle in quick chit chat. And done! Brilliant thank you

Visited for my booster 07/10/22. My wife could only get a time at the same location an hour after my appointment. Rang to see if they could accommodate us together. Couldn’t have been more helpful. On arrival all of the staff were excellent and couldn’t have made the experience any better from booking in, joining the small queue to efficient but caring vaccine jabbers! Top organisation and terrific experience. Well done all.
