   Phone continue to ring and then is put onto busy so I can’t contact. I have been waiting three days for medications that were supposedly to be delivered and am going without them. This is a consistent issue. Not very good service.

   Whilst some staff members are lovely, others don't know how to talk or deal with people in general. The level of service received literally depends on the person at the counter, and it shouldn't be that way. Maybe more training is needed for some members of staff in how to talk to vulnerable people, as it shouldn't be so hit and miss.
