I was without my repeat prescription tablets for 3 weeks. The pharmacist could have informed me I can have 10 & 5mg instead of 15mg which I was prescribed as they were out of stock. I was on a wild goose chase for 15mg which could have been avoided. I hope she is more pleasant and informative to other customers because their life may depend on a certain prescription.

Do not attend this pharmacy if you expect a smile from the staff. I have depended on the chemist on and off for many years, but they are cool and aloof to the point of rudeness, and rarely inclined to check their records. On numerous occasions they have failed to find repeat prescriptions in an efficient or timely manner. They instead blame GP surgeries, which can often be unreliable too, but they should only do so after checking whether they have actually carried out there own searches effectively.
