    The lady that took my prescription looked at my name and physically scoffed at it. Now I appreciate I have a long surname but it’s my name and I don’t expect to be ashamed of that. More customer service training is needed unfortunately as she was just plain rude.

    The person who is responsible for dispensing was very rude. I’d been referred by 111 to collect a prescription and because it was 10 minutes before lunch he refused to do it. They struggled to find it on the system and he told me to go back home and ring later to see if it was ready. The whole point of 111 issuing the prescription is because I needed them as soon as possible. The girls found the prescription and he yet again refused to process even though he had 8 minutes before lunch. The girls even said you’ve got 8 minutes to do it why don’t you just do it. He left it right until 1pm before dispensing although the girls had done all the hard work. Do not recommend going here if you can help it. Incredibly rude and feel for the other staff.

    I waited 45 minutes for my prescription today which was sent over by doctor 24hrs before. Thinking it won’t take long i waited. After 5 minutes or so the lady asked clarification on my name again and went away saying she was looking into it. After 20mins, seeing people who arrived after me come and go collecting their prescription, I checked again as still unsure if it was being done or not. Another 20mins passed i checked again and was told it’s been processed, with no information on how long. Had the lady given me a rough idea at the beginning I would have left it for another day.

    I have experienced poor customer service on several occasions whilst waiting for my medication to be dispensed. For example: The automatic doors were faulty and were not allowing customers to leave the building. A member of staff commented in a loud tone that the fault should be the other way around, not allowing customers to enter. On another occasion a member of staff complained loudly about the amount of customers requesting their prescriptions and said "this is absolutely ridiculous". She also asked a colleague if it was as ridiculous on the previous Saturday. At this Pharmacy you are left to feel as if you are a complete burden to them. I would not recommend this Pharmacy to anyone and then their staff may enjoy the lack of custom that they so obviously crave.
