Ten days after they received my prescription I am still waiting for my medication. Was told a week ago that the item I had requested was not in stock but it would be in within a couple of days. I left it a week to give them time to get it. Today they told me it still wasn’t available. They would not give me the prescription back although I had contacted a nearby pharmacy who had it in stock. Reason they gave was that an item had already been dispensed on the prescription. Unfortunately as it is Saturday I am unable to contact my GP to get a new prescription. I am now without the medication I need for the next 2 days. It would only have been a curtesy if the pharmacy had contacted the GP or myself to say they did not know when they could get a supply in so alternative arrangements could be made. Never have I experienced such bad service. Needless to say I will not be using this service again.
